About me
Dionei Galdino Da Silva, an Italo-Brazilian based in London, also known as “Dino Galdi”, is a Polymathic Artist creative professional, studied Heritage and Musicology at the University of Trento, in Italy.
Dino became an emerging photographer, gaining international recognition for his art through a series of prestigious awards and exhibitions. His accolades include the Grand Winner title at the 2020 Paris International Street Photo Award for
"Urbex & Minimalism" and the 2024 Black & White Photo Festival for "Fashion B&W Photography" in France, alongside several other top placements in categories such as "Road Trip," "Rain & Snow," and "Public Transport." Dino's work has been
showcased at major exhibitions, including XposureXPF in Dubai, Les Nuits Photographiques de Pierrevert, ImageNation Paris, and The Photographic Nights Festival in France. His photography has also been featured in notable publications like “Perdiza” magazine in London, “OpenEye” magazine in Paris, and “FotoSlovo” magazine in both Russia and France. Additionally, his photo book "Snap Collective" was published in Paris in 2024. Dino's impactful work continues to shape the world of photography.
Dino’s artistic journey goes far beyond photography, further solidifying his presence in the world of art. His artistic base derives from his training in Cinematography and Acting and Directing in cinema and theatre, accumulating more than 15 years of practical experience in these areas.
His passion for storytelling has led to significant achievements, including notable nominations as a multi- category winner at the Paris International Street Photo Awards from 2020 to 2023 and for a short film at the New York Film Festival in 2011. Furthermore, his talent transcends beyond the camera, being nominated for Best Actor in 2013 in Rome, Italy, showing his versatility and dedication to the arts.
